Join us a we weave a supportive and empowered group of women. This two hour workshop will help you release barriers to self love, empowerment and joy and create a vision for abundance. Your hosts are Brenda Bridges of Bridging Solutions and Mirilena Robitaille, of Acceptance Alchemy.
Brenda brings her wisdom from over 30 years of working to empower women as they move through profound transformations in their lives. Her wealth of knowledge in the financial realm has helped her clients navigate life transitions in truly empowered ways.
Mirilena is a Radical Acceptance & Forgiveness Coach helping women find their voice and rewrite their stories as the Heroine, not the Victim. She is a Ceremonial and Breathwork Facilitator and has a passion for surivors from all walks of life.
Your hosts will be exploring the archetype of "The Lover," during the month love, with a special focus on pragmatic tools for loving yourself first. This workshop will share strategies for identifying what's holding you back and what is truly meaningful to you through meditation, journaling breathwork and visualisation techniques.
For women who are single or happily partnered, come solo or bring a beloved girlfriend for this transformative evening of women supporting women.
Doors will open at 5:30 pm for registration, networking and community building. Workshop will start promptly at 6 pm. We lovingingly request that you arrive NO LATER than 5:50 PM to complete registration.
